Salary: USD 300,000 - 325,000 / annual

The company serves thousands of organizations worldwide with intuitive, AI-powered solutions. You will lead the Customer Solutions organization as VP, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. This is a highly visible executive role with direct ownership of strategy, delivery quality, and team leadership across Sales Engineering, Implementation Engineering, and Solutions Architecture. You will manage a team of Directors and Senior Managers and own all commercial outcomes for Professional Services, including bookings, revenue, gross margin, utilization, and forecasting. Key responsibilities include: - Owning commercial performance of Professional Services (bookings, revenue, margin, utilization, forecast accuracy) - Building and executing Professional Services growth strategy to expand services revenue across new and existing customers - Partnering with Sales to scope, position, price, and close services as part of strategic engagements - Developing repeatable services offerings and packages that accelerate customer time-to-value while creating scalable, profitable revenue streams - Serving as an executive-level customer partner, translating business requirements into implementation strategy - Developing and executing a Professional Services partner strategy leveraging SIs, consulting firms, and implementation partners to scale delivery capacity - Managing services pipeline, forecasting, backlog, and capacity planning with clear accountability - Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while balancing customer needs with product capabilities and implementation complexity You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Partnerships to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and ARR growth through Professional Services. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of Professional Services experience in B2B SaaS with progressive leadership responsibility and direct ownership of commercial outcomes - Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated ownership of services bookings, revenue, gross margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy - Strong technical leadership experience leading teams responsible for complex implementations, integrations, solution architecture, and enterprise deployments - Proven experience building and scaling Professional Services organizations that balance revenue growth, profitability, delivery excellence, and customer outcomes - Track record of developing services strategy including packaging, pricing, scoping, SOW development, attach strategies, and repeatable offerings - Experience building and executing a Professional Services partner strategy with SIs, consulting firms, and implementation partners - Deep experience partnering with Sales throughout the sales cycle to scope solutions, position services, and close business - Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and Professional Services' role in accelerating time-to-value, adoption, retention, expansion, and ARR growth - Demonstrated financial and operational discipline including capacity planning, resource management, project profitability, and margin optimization - Ability to build scalable delivery models determining the right balance between internal resources, partners, and repeatable methodologies - Executive-level customer presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into successful services engagements - Data-driven leadership approach using KPIs and operating metrics to identify issues and drive accountability - Experience leading technical resources including solution architects, implementation consultants, developers, and integration specialists - Cross-functional leadership experience working effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Partnerships - Strong technical judgment with commercial mindset understanding how architecture and implementation decisions impact delivery cost, margin, scalability, and customer satisfaction - Builder mentality comfortable creating processes, systems, talent, and operating cadence to scale a Professional Services organization BONUS: Experience with no-code/low-code, workflow automation, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or data platform products; experience leading services teams through M&A integration, rebrand, or major platform transition; familiarity with Salesforce or professional services automation (PSA) platforms.
