Wonderful is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the General Manager for Germany and Austria, serving as a trusted strategic partner to shape priorities, drive commercial performance, and translate strategy into measurable action across both markets.
In this role, you will:
- Turn strategy into execution by working with the GM to define priorities for Germany and Austria, translate them into actionable plans, and drive delivery against clear goals.
- Drive commercial performance by partnering with the GTM team and Global Revenue Operations to assess pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and required actions.
- Bring rigor to business decisions through analysis on pricing, margins, market opportunities, and commercial priorities, developing clear recommendations and business cases.
- Lead strategic initiatives across functions, from problem definition and stakeholder alignment through implementation and results measurement.
- Support market growth by working with leadership on strategic customer opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen Wonderful's position in Germany and Austria.
- Connect local priorities with global expertise by partnering with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Operations to secure support, resolve dependencies, and advance important initiatives.
- Strengthen business planning and reviews by providing local and global leadership with clear visibility of performance, priorities, and required decisions.
- Take ownership of complex challenges by bringing structure to ambiguous situations, exercising sound judgment, and driving issues to resolution.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff role, ideally within technology or a fast-paced international business.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment, with the ability to turn complex information into clear decisions and practical action.
- Experience leading projects across functions and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Confidence working with commercial data, forecasts, financial analysis, and CRM insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and manage competing priorities.
- Independent, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial approach with high ownership and discretion.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and building effective ways of working as the business grows.
