Salary: USD 70,000 - 125,000 / annual

This is a Store Manager role for a new Reformation store opening at Pinecrest Mall in Cleveland, Ohio in February 2027. You will report to the Regional Director and be responsible for all aspects of store operations and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses
- Lead the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experience, acting as a brand ambassador and educating customers on sustainability
- Manage store operations including inventory accuracy, loss prevention, facility maintenance, and merchandising presentation
- Develop and execute scheduling to balance sales and service while meeting payroll goals
- Monitor and improve customer NPS scores
- Hire, train, and develop the store team; provide performance feedback and manage disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with corporate partners on product performance and sales feedback
- Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards
- Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with flexibility across a 7-day work week
The role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week with availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years retail experience
- Minimum 4 years retail management experience
- Experience in sales/retail organizations or operationally intensive businesses
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
- Ability to set clear objectives and inspire teams
- Understanding of retail labor laws
- Self-motivation for continuous personal and team development
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to prioritize
- GSuite experience a plus
