Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 / annual

Ibotta, a leading performance marketing platform and NYSE-listed company headquartered in Denver, is seeking a Stock Plan Administration Specialist to manage the company's equity and stock compensation programs. This hybrid role (3 days/week in office: Tuesday–Thursday) reports into the Finance and HR departments and requires collaboration with legal, accounting, and external financial partners. Key Responsibilities: Equity Compensation Management: Administer and oversee equity compensation programs including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP. Manage employee long-term incentive programs, maintain accuracy of vendor tools tracking grants, exercises, and vesting schedules, prepare and distribute equity communications, and maintain the company's stock management platform. Stock Analysis: Monitor stock market trends, company performance, and industry benchmarks. Understand the impact of economic, financial, and regulatory changes on equity markets. Provide recommendations for optimizing the company's equity portfolio. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards related to stock and equity management. Prepare and file required reports, including SEC filings and insider trading reports. Coordinate with legal counsel on compliance issues. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with legal and accounting departments to develop and implement equity compensation policies and guidelines. Partner with external financial institutions and brokers as needed. Benefits Administration: Assist with day-to-day processing of benefits programs, including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, distributions, loans, hardship withdrawals, compliance testing, and 401(k) auditing. Serve as primary contact for employees, plan vendors, and third-party administrators. Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in equity or benefits administration - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus) - Professional certification preferred - Proven experience with both private and publicly traded companies - Experience administering and auditing 401(k) benefits is a plus - Workday experience highly desirable - Strong understanding of stock market dynamics, equity compensation plans, and regulatory frameworks - Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with high accuracy - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Commitment to ethical standards and integrity - Experience with ancillary company benefit plans is a plus - Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
