Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 / annual

As a Staff Technical Recruiter for the Product organization, you will embed directly within the Product team to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. You will develop deep expertise in the competitive landscape for product management talent and drive proactive sourcing strategies across a diverse range of critical product roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and close top candidates
- Partner closely with Product leadership (SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, Directors) through weekly collaborative meetings to build the team
- Improve hiring processes as the organization scales
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience
This role requires on-site presence 5 days per week at Verkada's San Mateo headquarters. The company is committed to a thriving in-office culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions
- Demonstrated experience generating well-targeted, high-quality pipelines
- Expertise in stakeholder alignment and ability to influence senior Product leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on timely communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo
- Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
