As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic people partner supporting multiple client groups—including Engineering and Retail Go-To-Market teams—while driving strong employee experiences and business outcomes. You'll work hands-on with people managers on day-to-day HR needs, provide coaching on performance management and employee development, and help implement people programs including performance reviews and talent discussions. You'll analyze people data to identify opportunities and recommend actionable solutions, serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, and manage employee relations matters with fairness and discretion. You'll support organizational change in a scaling company, partner cross-functionally within the People & Workplace team, and escalate complex matters to senior HR leadership as appropriate. This role thrives in fast-paced environments and requires someone who enjoys being hands-on, balances empathy with sound judgment, and has a bias for action and continuous improvement.
The role is hybrid, based in Upside's Flatiron District office in New York City, with required in-office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Travel may be required occasionally.
