Charge Robotics is a Series A startup building autonomous robots that construct solar farms, directly addressing labor bottlenecks in the renewable energy sector. The company is MIT-founded and backed by top climate tech investors including Lux Capital and Y Combinator (S21).
As the Lead Recruiter and founding member of Charge's people and talent function, you will take critical ownership of building the talent function and recruiting processes from scratch. You'll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across the company, collaborating on candidate strategy and ensuring hiring goals are met with top-tier talent.
