As Staff Technical Product Manager, you will be the decision maker for what the product team builds next in your lane. You'll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of new products, from conception through successful customer rollout.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collect and respond to input from internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing diverse perspectives into clear product requirements.
2. Decide what to work on next and communicate priorities to the team through PODs, PRDs, and an iterated roadmap.
3. Execute new products from 0 to 1, seeing them through to successful customer rollout and ongoing monitoring.
4. Ensure everyone—internal and external—understands how the product works and the value it delivers, making product experts across the organization.
You'll work with a deeply technical infrastructure and analytics product serving enterprise healthcare customers, managing the full lifecycle from ideation through User/Factory Acceptance Testing and delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Co-located in Bay Area or willing to relocate.
- Early-stage B2B startup experience: at least one company from Seed to Series B with live customers for 2+ years where you made product bets and owned shot-calling.
- 10+ years as a Technical Product Manager for deeply technical infrastructure/analytics products.
- Experience taking products from ideation through UAT/FAT and successful delivery while communicating with enterprise customer stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS:
- Healthcare data domain expertise: HL7v2, FHIR, CDA, DICOM, LOINC, ICD-10 standards; understanding of payers, providers, ACOs, MSOs; knowledge of health information exchange (IHE, TEFCA, IAS).
- Healthcare IT or Healthtech space experience.
- Direct engineering experience contributing to APIs.
- Experience building AI-driven products.
