Samba TV is a media intelligence company that provides real-time consumer attention data across all screens, with consent from over a billion people. The company's data asset powers smarter decision-making for major global brands.
You will own the complete product vision and roadmap for identity resolution and activation. This is a dual-domain role with equal weight on both sides: identity (graph building and enrichment, cross-device and cross-identifier linking, interoperability) and activation (audience activation, data orchestration, delivery across platforms and DSPs in cloud-native environments).
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for identity and activation products
- Advancing identity resolution capabilities: graph building, enrichment, cross-device linking, and interoperability
- Owning activation side: audience activation, data orchestration, and delivery across a broad set of destinations including platforms, DSPs, and cloud-native environments
- Developing market and competitive landscape understanding, translating it into product positioning and roadmap decisions to expand the client base
- Partnering directly with customers and commercial teams to understand needs and translate requirements into clear, buildable engineering specifications
- Working hands-on with engineering daily to deliver, unblock decisions quickly, and keep roadmap moving
- Owning privacy and data governance considerations to ensure identity and activation are built to privacy-first standards
- Defining success metrics for owned products and using them to guide investment and iteration
Requirements:
- Significant product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or B2B data platforms, with a track record of owning products end-to-end
- Deep domain expertise in identity resolution and device/identity graphs: how graphs are built, enriched, maintained, and measured
- Strong experience in activation and data movement domain: audience activation, destination integrations, and cloud-native or composable data architectures
- Clear, informed point of view on where the identity and activation market is heading, with commercial judgment to know which customers and use cases to build for
- Demonstrated record of helping expand a product's customer base, ideally with platforms, DSPs, media networks, or similar AdTech customers
- Proven ability to work directly with customers and commercial teams and translate requirements into specifications engineering can build against
- Hands-on delivery experience: writing specs, prioritizing ruthlessly, and shipping alongside engineering in fast-moving environments
- Comfort setting direction and operating with ambiguity in early-stage environments
- Working knowledge of privacy and consent landscape and how it shapes data products
- Curiosity about how AI is changing product configuration, data discovery, and activation workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
