You will join the People Analytics team as the primary analytical partner for Talent Acquisition and People Operations. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for translating recruiting and workforce questions into data-driven insights that inform hiring strategy, workforce planning, and operational decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the go-to analyst for all talent and people data requests (funnel performance, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, recruiter capacity)
- Build, maintain, and iterate on dashboards and recurring reports for talent and people leadership
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses with clear assumptions and methodology
- Partner with Data Engineering to define requirements for recruiting data models and reporting tables
- Validate data accuracy and perform QA on datasets and dashboards
- Support Talent Operations on capacity planning, hiring prioritization, and workforce modeling
- Contribute to bespoke talent and people projects requiring analytical support and scenario analysis
- Ensure consistency in metric definitions and reporting logic across all dashboards
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of analytics, talent analytics, people analytics, or related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure open-ended questions
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (complex formulas, pivots, modeling)
- Strong SQL proficiency and comfort with relational datasets
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts
