Twilio is seeking an experienced Staff Solutions Architect to design and manage next-generation Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) platforms, specifically focused on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, user journey mapping, data integration, Salesforce platform administration, and GTM technology operations.
You will partner closely with Sales Operations, GTMA Systems, Product teams, Twilio Engineering, Integration Engineering, Zuora, and Master Data Management teams to drive operational excellence and scalable governance across the entire contract lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting and managing solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies for the CLM team
- Developing a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure compatibility with upstream and downstream systems
- Leading end-to-end projects to improve how Go-To-Market and internal teams track and manage CPQ/CLM products
- Designing and implementing Salesforce automation using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow while ensuring scalability and system health
- Translating complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders into technical solutions
- Providing ongoing roadmap design and ownership in partnership with product owners and managers
- Advocating for technology best practices and representing technology interests across the organization
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of extensive Salesforce experience with Order-to-Cash implementations
- 5+ years designing and implementing large-scale automation within CLM and e-signature tools (Conga + DocuSign preferred) in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X-Author, document templates, and DocuSign APIs
- Demonstrated ability to capture thinking, recommendations, and process mappings in clear, detailed documentation
- Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving technical decisions
