As Staff Software Engineer, Product, you will own large engineering scope to build new products from zero to one, working closely with founders and a collaborative product, design, and engineering team. You'll shape both the product roadmap and engineering foundation while working at the cutting edge of AI technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with product, design, and engineering leadership to define and execute the product roadmap
- Building new products using modern tech stack: TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, and LLMs
- Evaluating and integrating third-party platforms and vendors to accelerate value delivery
- Establishing engineering standards and practices that enable team and business scaling
- Mentoring multiple engineers and contributing to infrastructure decisions
You bring 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products at scale. You are customer-obsessed, creative, and hungry—able to translate high-level business and product ideas into deployed engineering solutions. You combine independence with strong collaboration, going the extra mile to support teammates. You have hands-on experience with infrastructure and are excited to mentor engineers as the team grows.
