Salary: USD 188,300 - 212,900 / annual

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead technical excellence and drive our AI strategy. This is a full-stack role with deep ownership across backend services, frontend performance, and production launches. You will design and develop large-scale applications, architect highly scalable solutions for AI/ML-powered features across Web, Mobile, SMS/Voice, and API surfaces, and own end-to-end technical strategy for embedding LLMs and personalized content delivery.
Key responsibilities include leading design and development of large-scale applications (frontend and backend); architecting scalable, responsive, and secure solutions for AI/ML features; owning technical strategy for LLMs, embedding stores, and content delivery; designing and implementing agentic workflows using LLMs with orchestration across APIs, tools, and data sources; working with MLOps, CI/CD for AI pipelines, and AI observability tools; developing and deploying MCP Servers; providing technical leadership and guidance on architecture and best practices; driving cross-functional projects to enhance reliability and performance; ensuring security and data privacy compliance; and mentoring senior and mid-level engineers.
Required: 8+ years software engineering experience with strong full-stack background at scale; 2+ years working with AI/ML solutions or LLMs; expertise in NodeJS, React, and TypeScript; experience with state management (Redux or similar); deep understanding of architecture, RESTful APIs, databases, secure coding, and responsive design; cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); knowledge of application lifecycle, navigation patterns, and data security; expertise in high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability; ability to influence technical direction and work cross-functionally; strong leadership and mentoring skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities; and strong communication skills.
Preferred: FinTech experience, Langfuse and Flutter experience.
