The company processes over 1 billion work activities annually, automating time capture and connecting time data to business outcomes. You'll lead product strategy for Signal, Laurel's organizational intelligence platform that transforms time data into actionable insights for firm leaders. Signal helps legal, accounting, and consulting firms uncover hidden write-offs, measure velocity, detect tool usage patterns, and surface behaviors impacting profitability. This is a 0→1 product category that changes how firms understand and direct time. Key responsibilities: - Own Signal's product strategy across legal, accounting, and consulting verticals - Translate raw time data into insights that matter to firm leaders (write-off detection, velocity analysis, outcome measurement) - Partner with Data Science on analysis, model development, and AI evaluation frameworks - Collaborate with Design to build intuitive, decision-grade dashboards - Drive customer research with firm leaders, admins, and practitioners - Work with GTM to position Signal as the intelligence layer - Prioritize roadmap from launch to enterprise standard Success in year one means: Signal deployed and actively used at 5+ enterprise accounts with measurable ROI; 2+ major insight modules shipped with validated customer outcomes; established discovery process across industries; clear GTM positioning story. You'll work directly with C-suite and COO/CFO-level stakeholders, translating their needs into product decisions. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and speed in a fast-paced startup environment.
