Salary: USD 164,000 - 205,000 / annual
Zscaler is seeking a Staff Program Manager for Product Operations & New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead and orchestrate the execution of multiple product development and launch programs. This hybrid role (3 days/week in Santa Clara office) reports to the VP of Product Operations & NPI within the Product Management department.
You will champion innovation and shape the product roadmap at a leading cloud security company. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and orchestrating execution of multiple product development and launch programs to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Acting as central liaison for cross-functional alignment, proactively addressing program risks and resolving bottlenecks to maximize impact for internal/external stakeholders, sales, and technical teams
• Providing consistent updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and milestones
• Optimizing operational processes to improve collaboration, scalability, and organizational impact
• Fostering a culture of iterative improvement by integrating feedback into process refinements

REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or NPI, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity industries
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex new product introductions and programs via strong cross-functional coordination skills with exceptional communication
• Exceptional communicator skilled in aligning cross-functional stakeholders while providing clear updates to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
• Strategic thinker focused on business outcomes with proven ability to orchestrate complex programs from inception to delivery while advocating for continuous improvement
