OneTrust is seeking a Staff Product Specialist with deep expertise in AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Enterprise AI Adoption to join the R&D and Customer Engineering team. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on leading AI Governance initiatives within the Design Partner Program, serving as the bridge between customers, product management, engineering, and executive leadership.
You will partner directly with AI leaders, governance teams, privacy officers, legal stakeholders, and engineering organizations at enterprise customers to understand emerging AI risks, adoption barriers, governance requirements, and business objectives. Your insights will directly shape product strategy, platform capabilities, and roadmap investments for OneTrust's AI Governance portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define the long-term product vision and capability strategy for AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, and AI Compliance solutions. Translate emerging regulations, industry standards, and customer demands into scalable product investments.
- Serve as the primary AI Governance advocate for strategic Design Partner customers, leading discovery sessions to understand AI deployment challenges, governance maturity, risk concerns, and operational requirements.
- Guide the evolution of capabilities across AI inventories, AI assessments, AI risk management, AI governance workflows, model oversight, AI policy management, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams to prioritize investments and accelerate delivery. Validate product direction through customer engagement and early-access initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on responsible AI, AI regulations, governance frameworks, and industry best practices. Represent the customer voice during roadmap discussions and strategic planning.
