Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company building NodeZero, an autonomous penetration testing platform used by IT Ops, SecOps teams, and managed security providers to proactively identify and verify exploitable attack vectors at scale. The company is founded by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators and startup engineers. You will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of NodeZero Tripwires, a threat detection and deception product that translates offensive security findings into continuous detection and response capabilities. This is a highly strategic, autonomous role responsible for defining how Horizon3 extends value from offensive validation into detection and response. Key responsibilities include: defining product strategy for Tripwires as a precision threat detection capability; owning the roadmap across Tripwires, AD Tripwires, and adjacent threat detection workflows; extending the "find, fix, verify" motion into "detect and respond"; championing high-confidence alerts and low false positives; defining deployment strategy across exploited and crown-jewel assets; partnering on seamless integrations into SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, and SOC tooling; owning the analyst experience including dashboards and contextual alert details; engaging directly with customers and prospects to identify market opportunities and differentiation; collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success; and defining KPIs around activation, deployment coverage, alert-to-investigation rates, integration adoption, retention, and revenue contribution. You will operate with high autonomy, influence executive direction, and serve as the voice of customers. You'll work with a team of learn-it-alls committed to solving real security problems: ineffective tools, false positives, alert fatigue, blind spots, and the cybersecurity skills shortage. Required: 7+ years of Product Management experience with significant time building B2B SaaS, security, infrastructure, or platform products. Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains such as threat detection and response, SOC workflows, SIEM/SOAR, deception technology, identity security, Active Directory security, and incident response.
