OneTrust is seeking a Staff Product Manager (Technical) to lead Risk, Privacy, and Governance initiatives within their R&D Customer Engineering organization. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that bridges customers, product management, engineering, and executive leadership.
You will partner with OneTrust's most innovative customers—privacy leaders, GRC teams, risk officers, compliance teams, and security stakeholders—to understand operational challenges, regulatory requirements, and governance objectives. Your mission is to translate these insights into product strategy, platform capabilities, and roadmap investments that shape the future of OneTrust's Risk, Privacy & Governance portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
• Defining the long-term product vision and capability strategy across Privacy Operations, Third-Party Risk Management, Technology Risk, Assessments, Compliance Automation, Data Governance, Policy Governance, and Integrated Risk Management. Translate regulatory change and market opportunities into scalable product investments.
• Serving as the primary advocate for strategic Design Partner customers. Lead discovery workshops to understand governance maturity, operational workflows, regulatory obligations, and risk management challenges. Convert customer feedback and product gaps into actionable roadmap priorities.
• Guiding the evolution of governance capabilities and driving innovation in how organizations operationalize trust and manage risk at scale.
• Working directly with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure successful adoption and operational outcomes.
