Luxury Presence is a Series C, $100M ARR AI growth platform for real estate, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners. The company serves over 90,000 real estate professionals, including 30% of WSJ RealTrends top 100 agents. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across a platform hosting 20,000+ independent real estate websites. Unlike single-domain SEO, this is a fleet problem: one change to a template, schema, or content rendering affects thousands of domains simultaneously, each competing in its own market with its own authority and business outcomes. Key responsibilities: - Own end-to-end product strategy for SEO and AI visibility, including client-facing controls, measurement, and credit attribution - Establish technical foundations across all page types: crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and page performance - Identify repeating issues across the fleet and solve them once through defaults, automation, shared capabilities, or safeguards - Make client brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini); define measurement for citations and visibility - Run a rigorous experimentation program: prove changes on representative cohorts, establish incremental impact, then scale validated wins - Own migration quality and regression prevention through standards, acceptance criteria, and automated checks - Partner with the website platform team to embed search from the start; provide low-friction implementation paths for product teams - Set platform-level goals for organic performance, AI visibility, and client outcomes; report to leadership You will design for three constituencies simultaneously: end visitors, crawlers/AI agents, and the real estate businesses whose revenue depends on both. This is not an audit-and-recommend role—you set strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and build the defaults and safeguards that maintain quality across the entire fleet. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years combined across SEO and product management, including 3+ years as a product manager shipping alongside engineering teams - Proven ownership of search for a platform hosting many independent customer domains (website builder, hosting, commerce platform, multi-location/franchise network). Single-marketplace or corporate-domain experience is valuable but different from the fleet problem this role addresses - Deep technical foundation: rendering and JavaScript SEO, crawl and index management, information architecture, structured data, page performance, migrations - Treat bots and AI agents as first-class users; design for both without trade-offs - Obsessive about experimentation and measurement: cohort testing, causal impact analysis, Search Console data at scale, log analysis, statistical rigor - Current point of view on AI search: how models discover, interpret, and cite brands; judgment to separate genuine visibility drivers from repackaged advice - Fluent with AI as a working tool for investigation, prototyping, and unblocking discovery - Ability to get requirements implemented by teams you do not own; write clearly enough that engineers move without waiting on you - Opinionated about prioritization in a space with infinite work PREFERRED: - Experience at website platforms (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, Duda) - Programmatic or template-driven SEO across large page inventories - Local and entity-driven search experience - Conversion and page experience work alongside acquisition - PropTech, real estate, or B2B2C background where the platform's job is to make customers win - Experience building client-facing reporting or diagnostic tools for non-technical audiences
