Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 / annual
SentiLink is a Series B fintech company providing identity verification and risk solutions. You will lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for SentiLink's identity resolution suite, including prefill, identity completion, and pinning capabilities. This role encompasses responsibility for the underlying data merging, keying, linking technology, and processes that power these systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the product vision and roadmap for internal technical initiatives with a strong focus on data-intensive systems and foundational datasets
- Leading cross-functional efforts to improve quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems, datasets, shared services, and internal platforms
- Driving long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data and technology assets as the company scales
- Partnering with engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams to understand use cases and identify interdependencies
- Managing prioritization across competing internal demands, balancing immediate impact with strategic value
- Translating complex internal needs into clear, actionable specifications
- Applying structured project management to initiatives with multiple teams and intricate technical dependencies
- Defining and tracking success metrics for internal systems and datasets (quality, completeness, latency, reliability, stakeholder satisfaction)
- Communicating roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders at all levels
The company operates with a digital-first approach and maintains offices across the US (Austin, San Francisco, NYC, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago) and India (Gurugram, Bengaluru). Roles support flexible work arrangements ranging from fully remote to in-office, with some roles designed as hybrid or in-office by design.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products, with a focus on data platforms
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets, ideally in distributed or big-data environments (Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
- Strong understanding of big data concepts, data pipelines, data cleaning/normalization, and data modeling
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on deeply technical problem spaces
- Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders and managing substantial cross-functional dependencies
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous requirements, prioritize effectively, and deliver predictable execution on complex technical programs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and facilitate alignment across teams
- Forward-looking, durability-focused mindset—ensuring internal systems and datasets are built for scale, maintainability, and long-term adaptability
