- Direct the analytical work of the pod—working alongside a dedicated strategy & analytics partner to identify novel opportunities, diagnose root causes of failure modes, interpret outputs, and translate findings into actionable insight
- Determine the right sequencing of opportunities, including when to invest in technical/foundational work that unlocks future gains versus near-term order volume delivery
- Define and refine the metrics that give the team a clear picture of Search Ranking performance and the retailer experience
- Build trusted partnerships across ML Platform, Discovery Infrastructure, and adjacent Search teams, managing team bandwidth while delivering on shared goals
- Represent the team's strategy and progress to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Execution rigor across complex, multi-dependency work
