Scribe is hiring its first dedicated Pricing & Packaging lead to own monetization strategy as the company evolves from a single product into a platform. You will own pricing and packaging strategy end-to-end across self-serve and enterprise segments, working cross-functionally with product, revenue, marketing, finance, and operations.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing a holistic pricing & packaging strategy; re-architecting the enterprise SKU strategy with clear value differentiation and product-led upsell mechanics; designing monetization for self-serve and free tiers with appropriate value metrics; influencing how new product additions are packaged and priced; and partnering across the executive team to translate strategy into shipped changes that move revenue and retention.
You will own the P&P roadmap and experimentation agenda, conducting tests across multiple business segments to identify the most impactful path forward. Your work will directly influence how Scribe captures value from its customers while maintaining clear value realization.
The ideal candidate has previously owned pricing & packaging or monetization at a software company and understands the mechanics of pricing psychology, packaging strategy, value metrics, and upsell mechanics. You are strategic and analytical, capable of building defensible POVs and pressure-testing them with data. You influence across functions without formal authority, having built credibility with revenue, marketing, product, and finance teams. You thrive in high-autonomy environments where you create your own roadmap from customer data, competitive research, and stakeholder conversations.
This is not a purely strategic role—you will spend significant time in operational execution, reviewing entitlements and data, working with sales on positioning, and iterating with product teams. Experience with PM/BizOps backgrounds, monetizing new product surfaces, or navigating usage-based pricing transitions is a plus.
