Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 / annual

Motive is a fleet operations platform serving nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, and other industries. The platform combines safety, operations, and finance management with AI-powered visibility and automation. As Staff Product Manager for Partnership & Shop Network, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of Motive's merchant partnership and shop network ecosystem across fuel, maintenance, and strategic fleet spend categories. This is a high-impact role that bridges product, partnerships, and financial products. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing the vision and roadmap for a best-in-class merchant partnership network - Expanding coverage across open-loop fleet spec and direct settlement models - Unlocking bulk fuel integrations to increase in-network spend and transaction share - Driving international partnerships and adoption of new-age payment technologies - Designing and owning first-of-a-kind partnerships with industry leaders, including executive-level relationship management - Running partner business reviews and delivering measurable results (In-Network Share, TPV) - Defining requirements, metrics, and product documentation; driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams You will need 8+ years of experience owning large-scale partnership or platform initiatives, with a strong track record in technical partner relationships, payments, fuel/merchant networks, or fintech. Success requires proven ability to deliver commercially successful, integration-heavy products; strong data-driven decision-making; customer empathy; executive communication skills; and enough technical fluency to earn engineers' respect and navigate complex integrations. Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment is essential.
