Traba is building the AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself into customer operations through workforce management and is now expanding into broader operational workflows. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.
You will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace, where the product is the labor itself—the workers matched and deployed into warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Every product decision impacts supply, demand, fulfillment, customer outcomes, and marketplace health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architect and steward product strategy across critical staffing and marketplace workflows
- Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes
- Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering teams to execute solutions
- Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency
- Use data to uncover hidden patterns and answer critical marketplace and customer questions
- Translate operational complexity into scalable product systems
- Scale operations by designing smart internal tooling and technical solutions
- Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and operational environments
- Visualize and communicate complex ideas from systems and workflows to operational models and product strategy
- Socialize work across all levels and departments while synthesizing diverse stakeholder feedback
You will report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, other product managers, operations, and field teams to design, build, and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities.
Required qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Evidence of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes
- Strong experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics
- Experience building enterprise products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments
- Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that supported real business execution
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams
- Experience operating in startup environments where speed and ownership matter
- Desire to work at a startup and cover an exceptionally wide surface area
- Strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company
Desired traits:
- Customer-obsessed; spend time on-site with users on both sides of the marketplace
- AI-native operator; changed how you work because of AI, not just added it to your stack
- First-principles thinker; understand systems and constraints deeply
- Operations systems builder; have built operational products or internal tools that powered real businesses
- Builder mentality; inventive, scrappy problem solver who moves quickly and embraces ambiguity
- Deeply collaborative; work seamlessly across product, design, engineering, data, operations, sales, customer teams, and leadership
