Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company matches and deploys workers into warehouses and distribution centers, leveraging proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships. As Staff Product Manager for Marketplace, you will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace, balancing enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing lines) and worker supply. You report directly to the VP of Product. Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering to execute; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable product systems; designing internal tooling and technical solutions to scale operations; launching and iterating products across customers, regions, and environments; and communicating complex ideas across all levels and departments. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, other product managers, operations teams, and field teams to design and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes. You bring deep expertise in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics, enterprise B2B products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments, and internal operational tooling or systems that supported real business execution. You are customer-obsessed, spending time on-site with both customers and workers; AI-native in how you operate (prototyping, building internal agents, checking code); a first-principles thinker who understands systems and constraints; and a builder with a scrappy mentality who moves quickly and embraces ambiguity. Strong technical fluency, ability to work deeply with engineering teams, and experience in startup environments where speed and ownership matter are essential. You are deeply collaborative, aligning stakeholders and building trust across functions.
