Plaid is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead internal AI adoption and deployment across the organization. In this role, you will identify and validate high-impact AI opportunities for non-technical teams including Sales, GTM, Finance, and HR, then build and deploy solutions to increase efficiency and business outcomes.
You will partner closely with go-to-market, operations, and technical teams to design AI-powered workflows and tools. Key responsibilities include training internal teams on new AI capabilities, monitoring usage patterns, iterating on solutions based on feedback, and working directly with the CEO to align on strategic priorities.
