Robinhood is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the integration strategy and advisor platform ecosystem for TradePMR, its next-generation custody platform for registered investment advisors. This is a high-impact role at the center of Robinhood's ambition to bring retail-grade tools and AI-native experiences to financial advisors and their clients.
You will own the third-party integration strategy end-to-end, from prioritizing which APIs and connectivity to build (including emerging AI-agent standards like MCP) to defining sandbox environments, documentation, authentication, and governance. You'll be the primary outward-facing product owner for the technology-partner ecosystem, leading commercial and technical conversations with portfolio management systems, CRM vendors, and AI-native advisor tools. This includes scoping statements of work, setting production-access requirements, and representing Robinhood at industry events with key RIA influencers.
You'll build and run the framework for tiering, prioritizing, and resourcing integration requests across dozens of vendors and advisor firms simultaneously, balancing strategic bets against platform coherence and engineering capacity. Working closely with engineering, you'll translate advisor and partner needs into technical requirements and make build-vs-partner-vs-defer decisions. You're comfortable reading API specs, discussing SSO/OAuth flows directly with partner engineering teams, and developing a clear point of view on how AI and agentic workflows are changing custodial integrations.
You'll represent the integrations function in Robinhood's broader next-generation custody roadmap, collaborating across product, engineering, and operations to align near-term integration work with long-term vision.
Required: 6+ years of product management experience with meaningful time in technical, platform, or API/integrations-focused PM roles. Experience at a high-growth fintech company navigating regulatory, compliance, and legacy-system realities. Strong, informed perspective on how AI is reshaping fintech and advisor workflows, ideally with direct experience shipping AI-enabled features. Genuinely technical background with proven ability to ship developer-facing platform capabilities (documentation, sandboxes, versioning) in regulated or enterprise B2B environments. Experience running partner or vendor ecosystems with prioritization frameworks, SOWs, production-access gating, and managing integrations at different maturity stages. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role is based in Clearwater, FL; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
