Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers globally with suppliers and products. This Staff Product Manager role leads Inspire, Faire's top-of-funnel discovery team, and owns the product vision for the Faire mobile app. You will be responsible for the strategy and roadmap of Faire's most-visited surfaces: homepage, category pages, seasonal hubs, and global navigation. The role includes leading a comprehensive mobile app redesign to close the gap between app and desktop experiences in conversion, evaluation quality, and product craft. The Inspire team is building the next generation of wholesale discovery through curated, dynamic, personalized experiences—incubating new formats like discovery feeds, interactive merchandising modules, and trend-forward content that position Faire as a destination to explore, not just transact. Key responsibilities include becoming an expert on how retailers discover inspiration both on and off Faire; owning the product vision and roadmap for top-of-funnel discovery and the mobile app; leading the mobile app redesign in partnership with design, engineering, and adjacent teams; collaborating across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver experiences balancing retailer delight, brand voice, and business impact; defining and tracking success metrics for engagement and downstream conversion through disciplined experimentation; and working directly with Faire's CEO and senior leadership to shape long-term strategy. This is a high-visibility, 0→1 mandate role with direct executive visibility. You'll shape Inspire's multi-year direction and the app's strategic evolution. The role requires 8+ years of product experience at high-growth tech companies or as a founder, with proven track record owning top-of-funnel or high-engagement consumer surfaces (feeds, homepages, browse, explore) ideally at platforms like consumer social, e-commerce, marketplace, or content discovery. Deep mobile product expertise is essential—you should have owned native app experiences as a primary product area, driven measurable improvements in app-specific metrics, and worked hands-on with mobile engineering teams. 0→1 experience launching new products from scratch is required. Strong collaborative and persuasive communication skills, with deep user empathy and thoughtful product thinking, are critical.
