bunch is building the operating infrastructure for private markets, combining AI-powered automation with regulatory expertise to replace fragmented processes with an integrated platform. The company has 4x'd ARR in 2025, crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 LPs, and closed a $35M Series B in May 2026. As Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will lead a small Growth squad focused on discovering, validating, and shipping products that serve the upmarket segment—larger VC funds and private equity managers whose scale and complexity currently exceed the product's capabilities. This is greenfield work starting from real customer conversations, not an inherited roadmap. You will own the Growth squad end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with Commercial to identify and engage target accounts through discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping. You'll identify recurring problems across upmarket accounts and decide what to build for highest ROI. Using rapid prototyping with AI tooling, you'll move ideas from concept to something prospects can touch in weeks or months. You'll run experiments knowing most will fail, killing losers quickly and cheaply while doubling down on what converts. You'll convert working prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts, and lead a small team of engineers as an active, hands-on product manager. Required: 7+ years in product with a track record of taking zero-to-one problems to shipped, revenue-generating products. You must operate at senior level, running a squad without external direction. Strong fintech experience with comfort in financial services complexity, regulation, and sophisticated buyers is essential. You think in business cases and ROI, can hold your own with fund CFOs/COOs, and understand how discovery converts to POCs and contracts. You're fluent with AI tools (Claude, Lovable, etc.) for research, analysis, and prototyping. You're experimental by temperament, energized by high-risk work, and able to design fast, cheap failures. You're comfortable with ambiguity and small teams, preferring to own one hard problem with two people over managing twenty on someone else's roadmap. Plus factors: exposure to private markets (VC, PE, fund administration, or working inside a GP/fund) and experience in growth, new-ventures, or incubation functions. Success is measured by a visible pipeline of experiments (run, killed, or scaled with clear reasoning), paid MVPs landed with previously out-of-reach accounts, and MVPs with clear paths to signed contracts in the upmarket segment. The role offers 28 days vacation plus 2 company days and local holidays, remote-flexible hybrid (3 days/week in office, up to 4 remote weeks/year), customizable benefits (wellbeing, sport, mobility, food), and work with a diverse team of 120+ from 40+ countries.
