Talkiatry is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Growth to own and optimize the company's growth engine, starting with the "Start to Visit" funnel. This is a high-impact individual contributor role at a mission-driven healthtech company transforming mental health care delivery.
You will own growth product strategy and execution, treating growth as a system by deeply understanding the patient funnel, identifying constraints and drop-off points, and finding the highest-leverage opportunities. You'll build a rigorous, high-velocity experimentation practice—developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, measuring incremental impact, and compounding learnings over time. Using funnel analysis, segmentation, cohorts, and behavioral data, you'll understand what is happening and why, balancing continuous optimization with larger product bets that unlock step-change growth.
Over time, your scope will expand across retention, LTV, organic acquisition, referrals, and other compounding growth loops. You'll partner deeply across engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to drive outcomes.
Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists, 250+ therapists, and more than two million patient visits delivered nationwide. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, the company was built to solve healthcare's urgent challenge: millions struggle to access mental health care while clinicians face administrative burden and burnout. Through a technology-powered, in-network platform, Talkiatry is changing that experience for both patients and clinicians.
You'll need 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience building consumer growth products, with a track record of materially improving conversion, activation, retention, engagement, or LTV at scale. You must have exceptional analytical horsepower and fluency with funnels, experimentation, metrics, and behavioral data. Deep expertise in A/B testing—hypothesis development, experiment design, measurement, and interpretation—is essential. Strong systems thinking, exceptional rigor, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguity while influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority are critical. Experience in a world-class consumer growth organization is strongly preferred.
