You will own the 0-to-1 strategy and execution for Harvey's legal operations platform—a suite of tools designed to give General Counsel and legal operations leaders visibility and control over how their departments engage with, govern, and evaluate outside firms and vendors. This is one of Harvey's highest-impact roadmaps and a critical unlock for enterprise adoption, particularly for procurement-led and compliance-driven buyers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and own the complete product roadmap for the legal operations platform, from configuration and governance of vendor relationships to performance visibility and compliance, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Drive end-to-end execution of features from discovery through launch, working closely with engineering to maintain a fast shipping cadence without compromising quality.
- Partner deeply with enterprise customers and customer success teams to understand how legal departments currently manage outside firm and vendor relationships, translating insights into product requirements that unlock adoption at scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, partnerships, and engineering teams to ensure features are positioned and enabled effectively for sales and deployment.
- Establish success metrics and feedback loops that quantify platform value, using data to continuously prioritize and iterate.
You bring 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company. You have a proven track record owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products, ideally in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains. Strong technical acumen is essential—you engage deeply with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures. You have experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements. You communicate exceptionally well, influencing stakeholders from engineers to executives, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by driving clarity through complexity. You combine strong product sense with meticulous attention to detail, thinking through both high-level strategy and implementation specifics.
