You will own the 0-to-1 strategy and execution for Harvey's legal operations platform—a suite of tools becoming the premier admin experience for in-house legal teams. This platform gives General Counsel and legal operations leaders visibility and control over how their departments engage, govern, and evaluate outside firms and vendors. The role is central to Harvey's enterprise expansion, unlocking adoption among large legal departments that require operational tooling and compliance-driven procurement processes.
Key responsibilities include: defining and owning the product roadmap for the legal operations platform, covering configuration, governance, performance visibility, and compliance; driving end-to-end feature execution from discovery through launch with fast shipping cadence; partnering deeply with enterprise customers and customer success to understand legal department workflows and translate insights into scalable product requirements; collaborating cross-functionally with go-to-market, partnerships, and engineering teams; and establishing success metrics and feedback loops to quantify platform value and guide iteration.
You'll work at the intersection of platform, product, and partnerships, reshaping decades-old legal operations workflows through AI-native software design. The opportunity sits on one of Harvey's highest-impact roadmaps with significant excitement across the legal industry.
Required: 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years at Staff or Senior PM level at high-growth tech companies. Proven track record scaling complex platform or infrastructure products in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains. Strong technical acumen with ability to engage deeply on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures. Experience building products handling sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity through complexity. Strong product sense with attention to both high-level strategy and implementation details.
