As Staff Product Manager for the Corporate Site, you will own the strategic vision and execution of Airwallex's corporate website as a critical growth lever. You'll lead a cross-functional team including design, data, and engineering to drive meaningful commercial impact through organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign-ups. Key responsibilities include: defining the website's vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap; designing and delivering a best-in-class self-serve customer experience; leading A/B testing and experimental design in partnership with GTM, Marketing, and Engineering teams; deeply analyzing website performance data to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities; improving site navigation, information architecture, and core user flows; and partnering across Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure the corporate site effectively supports product launches and the overall customer journey. You'll work with talented, dedicated teams to generate hypotheses, execute experiments, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. The role requires balancing user requirements with commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth. Required qualifications: 6+ years of product management experience; Bachelor's degree or higher; corporate website product ownership experience; A/B testing and experimental design expertise; excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences; strong data-driven decision-making; ability to structure complex problems; and proven ability to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
