You will lead the product strategy and execution for Addri, Addi's AI-powered conversational assistant. Your mission is to scale Addri from a support-focused prototype into the primary, unified in-app interface through which millions of customers shop, manage credit, make payments, and resolve issues. This role leverages Addi's closed-loop data advantage—first-party identity, credit lines, order history, and payment schedules—to convert complex app flows into natural, grounded, and trust-building conversational interactions. Key responsibilities include: - Launching Addri in-app and establishing continuous review cadences to drive AI resolution rates, CSAT, and reduce support ticket load - Building conversational shopping flows for product discovery and purchase assistance to increase task completion and conversion - Deploying conversational banking and credit flows with high response accuracy and strict escalation guardrails - Establishing robust evaluation frameworks (test sets, LLM-as-judge, human review) and pre-launch quality gates - Partnering with Risk, Data, and Legal teams to define grounding data sources, action confirmation mechanics, and compliance protocols - Delivering a comprehensive business case quantifying cost savings and conversion impact to guide future investment You will work alongside world-class talent in an environment where ownership, excellence, and collaboration are core values. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven track record of shipping customer-facing LLM products (assistants, agents) beyond demos, with mastery of end-to-end conversational flows and failure handling - Demonstrated ability to scale early-stage products, navigate ambiguity, and drive iterative improvements post-launch - Deep experience establishing AI evaluation frameworks (test sets, LLM-as-judge, human review) and defining strict quality thresholds per use case - Technical fluency in RAG, embeddings, prompting, and tool-use to collaborate effectively with ML engineers on product decisions - Experience deploying AI in high-stakes environments with human handoffs, privacy protections, and safety limits for critical actions - Native fluency in Colombian Spanish to judge tone and local nuances, paired with fluent professional English (bilingual requirement) - Active, hands-on usage of modern AI tools with deep understanding of model capabilities, limitations, and industry developments
