Salary: USD 191,000 - 225,000 / annual

Robinhood's Money team is building the next generation of banking and spending products for all Americans. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of the core banking product and the broader platform that powers it. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to understand customer needs and drive product innovation. Your responsibilities include establishing product vision and shared priorities across the team and company, collaborating with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to ensure products are built correctly, and driving execution from concept through launch with defined success metrics and iterative improvements. The role requires at least 5 years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products (7+ years preferred). You should bring superb product and business sense, excellent analytical and communication skills, a strong sense of urgency and speed, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Experience in fintech products is a plus but not required. This is a hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Washington, DC, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Compensation is location-dependent: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, NYC, DC, Bellevue) offers $191,000–$225,000 base pay; Zone 2 (Denver, Westlake TX, Chicago) offers $168,000–$198,000; Zone 3 (Florida locations) offers $150,000–$176,000.
