Twilio is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Trust Hub product team, which owns Twilio's KYC (Know Your Customer) platform—the gateway to accessing all of Twilio's communication APIs. This is a high-impact role where you will own Trust Hub products end-to-end, designing streamlined and user-friendly registration experiences while maintaining best-in-class KYC standards.
Key responsibilities include developing and communicating a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals; leading cross-functional teams through planning, design, development, and launch; deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into product requirements; defining and tracking key metrics to measure product performance; managing stakeholder relationships across the organization; and conducting data-driven business reviews to analyze execution and revenue impact.
You will work with engineering, UX, and other functions to drive product strategy in a regulated, compliance-heavy domain. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, technical understanding, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels while maintaining clarity on big-picture goals amid ambiguous challenges.
Required qualifications: minimum 8 years of product management experience in SaaS/IaaS/PaaS; proven track record of successful product launches and strategy execution; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management; technical and UX design acumen; and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Desired experience includes building developer-focused products/APIs and working in regulated ecosystems such as telecommunications.
