Siro is an AI-powered platform redefining field sales operations. The company has raised $75M from top-tier investors (Index, Fika, CRV, SignalFire) and serves leading brands in home improvement, retail, hospitality, and automotive. The platform integrates with Salesforce and other systems to analyze in-person sales conversations, automate admin work, provide real-time manager visibility, and deliver executive insights.
As Staff Product Manager, you will own meaningful end-to-end product areas spanning AI, data ingestion, proactive agents, integrations, and customer-facing experiences. Your core mission is to advance Siro's intelligence layer for the in-person sales workforce—capturing field conversations and converting them into actionable intelligence that reps and managers rely on daily.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and ship end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration, accountable for customer value delivery
- Design for field users (reps in trucks, driveways, showrooms) who cannot afford added work; the product must earn its place in their workflow
- Conduct forward-deployed customer research: travel to customer sites, ride along on sales calls, observe manager workflows, and translate cross-industry learnings into coherent product strategy
- Build Siro as the connective layer integrating business context from CRMs, DMSs, phone systems, calendars, warehouses, and other systems to make Siro the ground truth for field activity and next steps
- Drive the product roadmap from insight to action: prep reps before conversations, surface next moves in real time, automate follow-up workflows
- Raise AI quality standards across accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, trust, and edge cases; build tools skeptical reps open every morning, not just impressive demos
You will work on a small, senior team at a high-growth Series B company with proven product-market fit, owning initiatives that directly impact revenue, customer outcomes, and business strategy. The role involves solving genuinely hard problems: messy spoken conversations, fragmented business systems, field sales execution, analytics, automation, and AI agents converging in one product.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 9+ years in product management, including ownership of meaningful product areas at a growth-stage company
- "Barrel" mindset: given ambiguous problems, you create momentum by identifying what matters, engaging the right customers, pulling data, making tradeoffs, aligning teams, and shipping valuable products without needing clean briefs or constant direction
- Sound product judgment in messy domains with imperfect inputs and no obvious right answers; ability to convene the right people for good decision-making
- Bias to action and ownership: if you spot UX friction or hear a customer complaint worth fixing, you write code and ship it rather than creating tickets
- Deep customer obsession and attention to detail; preference for field time over planning documents
- Technical fluency to engage engineering on tradeoffs: model quality, latency vs. cost per query, data freshness requirements
- Strong product vision and systems thinking; ability to connect today's bugs, customer asks, and workflow edge cases to multi-year product direction
