Klue is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own and scale a new AI-native competitive intelligence product. You will report to the VP Product and lead strategy, roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market execution with the goal of doubling product revenue within 12 months. In this role, you will: - Own the complete product strategy and roadmap, making prioritization decisions and setting the shipping rhythm with engineering and design. You'll present your thinking to the VP Product and executive team, balancing near-term revenue against longer-term bets. - Run hands-on customer discovery. Conduct regular customer calls, build a repeatable feedback loop that informs roadmap decisions, and develop deep knowledge of the customer base to identify which segments to target next. - Set the quality bar for AI output. Work closely with engineering on model quality, evals, and what constitutes trustworthy AI output for enterprise customers. Stay technically informed enough to reshape the roadmap when technical possibilities shift. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, and pipeline generation. Guide marketing strategy, enable sales reps to run conversations independently, and bring deal-blocking issues back into the product roadmap. Success means: product revenue doubles within 12 months; shipped improvements drive usage growth and customer requests; retention improves year-over-year with traceable reasons for churn; the product generates its own pipeline; you own a repeatable discovery cadence; AI quality evals are in place and trending up; and you operate independently with hard calls escalated only with a clear recommendation. Klue is an AI-first platform that helps organizations win competitive deals by generating market, competitor, and buyer insights through autonomous agents. The company has raised Series A and B funding, recently acquired Ignition and Goldpan.ai, and operates from Vancouver (HQ), Toronto, and London with an office-first hybrid model (in-office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). REQUIREMENTS Must-Haves: - 0-to-1 product experience: you've taken a product or major product line from nothing to real revenue and can articulate what you got wrong along the way. - AI-native: you use AI tools daily and have a clear view of what models can and cannot do today. - GTM thinking: you've owned or been accountable for a revenue number and treat pricing, packaging, and go-to-market as part of the product job. - Consumer-grade UX for enterprise buyers: you've built products where the user and buyer are different people and met a high bar for both. - Decisive with incomplete information: you make calls, move fast, and change course when evidence warrants it. - Hands-on discovery: you talk to customers directly and regularly, trusting direct feedback over summaries. Nice-to-Haves: - Experience with competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or research products, or selling into that buyer. - Technical depth to dig into evals and model behavior with engineers.
