Rezilient Health is redefining primary care through its CloudClinic model, combining virtual provider visits with tech-enabled infrastructure to deliver accessible, personalized care. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products powering Rezilient's care model, with particular focus on the member experience both in and out of the clinic.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, engineering, and business, translating real member needs into products and features that make care more accessible and engaging. As Rezilient scales across new employers, health systems, and markets, the PM will bring structure to product decision-making: defining problems clearly, prioritizing against measurable outcomes, and shipping in close partnership with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Sales. The role will also help shape how Rezilient applies AI in care delivery.
Key responsibilities include owning the product vision and roadmap for the member experience, aligning priorities with company goals and customer commitments. The PM will translate input from leadership, clinical teams, customers, and data into a prioritized roadmap with clearly defined outcomes, and communicate roadmap decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders at all levels. The role requires ensuring products meet HIPAA, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance and Engineering.
Discovery and requirements work includes leading product discovery with members and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points, writing clear product requirements and user stories for Engineering and Design, and partnering with Design on user flows, prototypes, and usability testing.
Delivery and launch responsibilities involve partnering with Engineering to plan sprints, manage the backlog, and keep delivery on track; working with Product Operations and QA to ensure releases are well tested and documented; and owning launch planning with Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Implementation for smooth feature rollouts.
Metrics and continuous improvement work includes defining product KPIs around member activation, engagement, utilization, and app store reviews; using product analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and measure impact; sharing regular product updates with leadership and cross-functional partners; and raising the bar for product practice across the team.
Success in this role looks like a clear and trusted roadmap, fast and higher-quality releases, and measurable gains in member engagement and outcomes. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting product direction with leadership and working through requirements and edge cases with engineers, and brings sound judgment to a regulated healthcare environment where the ability to both move fast and "do no harm" matter.

- Strong skills in writing requirements, prioritizing a backlog, and working day to day with engineering and design teams
- A data-driven approach, with comfort defining success metrics and using analytics to guide decisions
- Sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
