Salary: CAD 120,000 - 135,000 / annual

Aviso Wealth is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Advisor Hub product family and shape the future of wealth management technology for Canadian financial advisors. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will directly own Advisor Hub ACP (serving advisors at ACP introducing brokers and portfolio management firms) and manage three Product Owners who lead other products in the family. You will operate as part of a leadership triad with a Product Designer and Tech Lead, balancing product value, business viability, desirability, and technical feasibility. This is both a hands-on product role and a people leadership role. You will bring deep customer understanding, product data analysis, and business acumen to discover solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Setting product direction and measurable outcomes for the product family in alignment with customer needs and business priorities - Leading discovery work and coaching Product Owners to understand problems, test assumptions, and evaluate opportunities before committing to solutions - Partnering with design and technology leads to explore options and make informed trade-offs - Breaking larger opportunities into small, testable increments and adapting based on customer behavior and outcomes - Owning prioritization and the product backlog for your area; supporting Product Owners without taking engineering ownership - Working cross-functionally with compliance, privacy, operations, marketing, finance, and technology to understand constraints and address dependencies - Managing, coaching, and developing Product Owners across their product areas - Communicating product direction, evidence, and trade-offs to stakeholders; advocating for the customer-centric product model - Staying curious about investor needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape Aviso Wealth is a leading Canadian wealth management and investment services provider with approximately $145 billion in total assets under administration and management, and over 1,000 employees. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - Significant hands-on experience managing technology-powered products; typically 8+ years of related experience (equivalent depth and impact welcome) - Demonstrated understanding of customer-centric product model and modern product discovery and delivery; ability to explain its value and help organizations adopt it - Experience setting product direction, defining success measures, prioritizing against customer and business outcomes, and delivering value through iterative releases - Strong customer, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to combine research, feedback, and product data to make sound decisions - Experience partnering closely with product design, technology leads, and engineers; sufficient technical fluency to understand constraints and collaborate effectively - People leadership and coaching skills to develop Product Owners who own distinct product areas - Business acumen and ability to work across functions (customer experience, finance, sales, marketing, operations, compliance, privacy); financial services experience is an asset - Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills; ability to build support for new ways of working through evidence and visible results - Understanding of end-to-end customer experience and product dependencies; comfort with product, analytics, and collaboration tools - Fluent English communication required; bilingual French skills are an asset
