Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 / annual

Kaseya is a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations globally. As Staff Product Manager for the Kaseya platform, you will operate as a senior individual contributor at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and organizational influence. This role is responsible for defining the vision and direction of Kaseya's most critical platform capabilities, with a core focus on unified identity and entitlement fulfillment across a fragmented product portfolio shaped by M&A. Key responsibilities include: - Define long-term product vision and strategy for foundational platform capabilities including identity, entitlement fulfillment, data integration, and standardization across the M&A portfolio - Own the product strategy for Kaseya's unified identity layer, ensuring customer, account, and user identity are resolved, unified, and maintained as a single authoritative source of truth - Define and drive the entitlement fulfillment model for purchased products, tiers, and add-ons to support accurate provisioning, enforcement, access control, and monetization - Partner with billing, licensing, and commerce teams to connect customer purchases with product access across the platform - Act as the primary platform PM liaison to product lines, aligning stakeholders, influencing adjacent roadmaps, and ensuring architectural consistency - Establish data standards, APIs, and scalable role-based and attribute-based access models supporting MSP tenant hierarchies and enterprise IT structures - Define the platform's north star metric and end-to-end measurement framework, leading quarterly business reviews that make progress, gaps, and business impact visible to senior leadership - Mentor junior PMs, elevate platform product management practices, and represent the platform in executive forums with clear narratives tied to business outcomes Required: 5+ years of product management experience in identity, entitlement management, fulfillment engines, data platforms, developer platforms, or runtime platforms at scale; 5+ years defining and driving platform strategy in complex, multi-product B2B environments; 5+ years working with modern architectures and partnering across business and technical teams; 5+ years leading cross-functional alignment and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Preferred: Experience in M&A-shaped environments with fragmented portfolios and technical debt; familiarity with MSP business models, IT management workflows, or cybersecurity; experience defining identity resolution, entitlement systems, access control models, or platform APIs; track record connecting platform investments to measurable business outcomes; experience mentoring PMs and defining platform product management best practices; exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
