As Staff Product Manager, you'll lead product strategy and development of scalable, revenue-generating offerings tailored to core customer verticals. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer insights, go-to-market strategy, and platform development. You'll serve as the connective tissue between bespoke customer builds and core platform capabilities, identifying opportunities to productize common patterns and drive efficiency across the organization.
Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap for core business units, managing the full lifecycle of key product initiatives from inception to launch, gathering feedback from strategic customers to inform direction, defining business models and pricing packages, and helping steer the growth of the product and engineering organization.
You'll work closely with software engineers, forward-deployed engineers, sales teams, and customers to translate complex, bespoke needs into repeatable, self-serve solutions. The role requires translating trends across customer clusters to unlock roadmap efficiency and reduce delivery time for future customers.
Required qualifications: 5–8+ years in product management, forward-deployed engineering, or hybrid customer-facing technical roles. You should have proven ability to translate customer complexity into modular, scalable solutions, experience building products with GTM alignment (pricing, packaging, strategy), strong technical fluency for deep collaboration with engineers, and excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across functions.
Ideal candidates turn ambiguity into clarity, see patterns in customer feedback and market signals, build cross-functional trust, drive alignment with precision, and understand technical tradeoffs and infrastructure design. As the first PM, you'll shape how the company scales across verticals and defines the future of its product.
The role is in-office in downtown San Francisco (5 days per week required). Compensation: $200,000–$260,000 USD plus equity and up to 30% annual performance-based bonus. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, wellness and learning stipends, and team dinners.
