Conga is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution of Discovery Agent, an AI-powered contract intelligence platform serving Fortune 500 customers. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on transforming the product from template-based extraction to autonomous, agentic AI capabilities.
You will own multi-quarter product strategy and execution, define breakthrough capabilities like Zero-Touch Setup, architect agent orchestration frameworks, and mentor other product managers. Discovery Agent is part of Conga's three-agent architecture (Discovery Agent, Search Agent, Redline Agent) and directly impacts how enterprises extract, analyze, and manage contract data at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving 0-to-1 product initiatives in AI/ML, particularly in document intelligence and contract analytics
- Leading discovery sessions with Fortune 500 customers to uncover deep problems and quantify business impact
- Architecting multi-agent orchestration patterns, including tool calling, conditional logic, and agent collaboration
- Addressing enterprise-scale AI challenges: latency, accuracy, cost optimization, hallucination mitigation, and RAG system design
- Mentoring and developing product managers, setting product standards across teams
- Executing multi-quarter strategies that drive significant revenue and market differentiation
- Collaborating with C-suite stakeholders and demonstrating exceptional executive presence
Required experience:
- 8+ years in product management, with 5+ years specifically in enterprise AI/ML products or intelligent automation platforms
- Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, agent architectures, and multi-agent orchestration
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG systems, vector databases, model fine-tuning, and AI performance metrics
- Understanding of agentic design patterns (autonomous decision-making, tool use, self-configuration, adaptive behaviors)
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent communication frameworks
- Subject matter expertise in enterprise AI product implementation, deployment, and customer implementation strategies
- Strong grasp of configuration vs. customization trade-offs in enterprise software
