LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for voice-driven AI computing. The company powers voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others, facilitating billions of calls annually. You'll own LiveKit's Agent Hosting product—the production runtime where developers deploy, scale, and operate agents on LiveKit Cloud. This is a high-leverage role in a small PM team establishing foundations in a new business area. Agent Hosting is a primary revenue engine and will run mission-critical voice agents for some of the world's largest companies at hundreds of millions of minutes per month. Key responsibilities include: - Setting vision and roadmap for Agent Hosting, including new capabilities, regional coverage, and pricing - Partnering directly with the engineering team to ship a runtime customers trust with production workloads - Driving work on cold starts, autoscaling, regional coverage, and performance so customers operate at massive scale without friction - Understanding how teams actually deploy and operate agents in production through customer engagement and data analysis - Growing Agent Hosting into a significant business reflecting its real value as the production runtime - Expanding the runtime beyond voice agents to support all agent types You'll thrive here if you're obsessed with customer outcomes, known for tackling tough problems, ship fast, focus on polish and quality, and learn quickly. The best candidates bring hands-on experience with LiveKit's product and informed perspectives on the space. Required: 8+ years in product management at senior or staff level, ideally owning developer-facing infrastructure or platform products. You need technical depth in distributed systems, runtimes, scaling, and latency—enough to earn engineer trust and make sound tradeoffs. You've owned products where reliability and performance at scale were core. You influence through clarity, trust, and judgment rather than hierarchy. You communicate exceptionally well across technical and strategic contexts. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can prioritize ruthlessly with incomplete information. Nice to have: experience building serverless, deployment, container, or compute platforms; familiarity with autoscaling and multi-region deployment; background in developer tools or infrastructure; knowledge of voice AI or real-time communication; experience with usage-based pricing.
