Superhuman is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design for Mail's growth initiatives. You'll shape onboarding, in-product activation, and purchase experiences across Superhuman's suite of collaborative products, focusing on making power-user email experiences simpler to understand and adopt through exceptional visual and interaction design.
In this role, you will define and shape growth experiments from early sketches through high-fidelity designs, helping users reach "aha" moments. You'll influence product strategy by partnering deeply with PMs and engineers to shape product direction and sequencing. You'll balance business goals and user needs, collaborate on identifying growth opportunities, and contribute to a customer-centric roadmap. Leveraging research insights, you'll guide users toward feature discovery, habit formation, and early value adoption. You'll stay ahead of industry trends, elevate the team's design culture through remarkable craft quality, and prototype/test/iterate rapidly to validate assumptions. You'll also explore cutting-edge AI tools and workflows while working alongside a collaborative group of designers in a supportive environment.
