Celonis is seeking a Staff Product Analytics Engineer to join the Data Analytics and Transformation team in Bangalore. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on building and maintaining the analytic infrastructure that enables strategic and tactical decision-making across the organization.
You will serve as a key technical expert, designing and building a scalable data ecosystem to support Celonis's hyper-growth environment. Your responsibilities include:
• Engaging with stakeholders across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to understand analytic needs and translate them into data engineering requirements
• Designing, building, and maintaining resilient data infrastructure that integrates data from enterprise systems, communication tools, product telemetry, and observability systems
• Building a scalable platform supporting Celonis's Digital Twin initiative and applying Celonis solutions internally
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through continuous auditing and process refinement
• Conducting in-depth analytical investigations to answer business questions and support product and engineering decisions
• Facilitating data-driven discussions across the organization through effective storytelling and meaningful insights
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science, plus 10+ years of relevant experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer at SaaS or enterprise software companies. You should have hands-on experience building analytic data repositories, extensive experience with Databricks in enterprise contexts, and familiarity with multi-cloud setups (GCP, AWS, Azure). Strong communication skills, outcome orientation, and experience working in agile teams are essential.
