You will join the Information Security & Risk team as a Staff IAM Analyst, leading the maturation and operational excellence of Addepar's internal Identity & Access Management program. This is a hands-on technical role with strategic scope. Key Responsibilities: • Provide operational support for IAM administration tools: application onboarding, role definitions, recertification campaigns, and end-user escalations • Drive IAM program maturity improvements: analyze and implement data quality enhancements, design governance initiatives (entitlement reviews, identity inventory), and assess identity risk • Enforce least-privilege access models across systems while balancing user experience and security • Design and implement scalable processes and technologies to improve organizational security posture • Develop and refine Information Security Policies & Standards • Partner with the broader Security team to define governance and technical controls for Agentic AI Workflows, ensuring autonomous agents and Non-Human Identities (NHIDs) operate securely and within least-privilege frameworks You will work with integrated systems, security policies, and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve IAM practices through platform enhancements and process improvements. Requirements: • Extensive hands-on Identity & Access Management experience with a proven track record solving diverse access challenges • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Computer Science or Engineering preferred • Experience with Identity & Access Management tools and platforms • Familiarity with IT Governance and Compliance (SOC2, Data Governance) • Understanding of Non-Human Identities (NHIs) and their security implications • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity about information security • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships with internal and external partners Desired Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with IGA tools (C1, Saviynt, or similar enterprise solutions) • Experience with IAM systems: Identity Providers (IdP), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust Access (ZTA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Familiarity with Source of Truth integrations (Workday, BambooHR) for automated onboarding/offboarding • AWS or similar cloud platform experience with strong IAM policy and configuration knowledge • Experience with Okta and Google Workspace • Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) Note: Right to work in the United Kingdom required from day one.
