Manage relationships and communication across internal and external stakeholders. • HVM Release & Ramping: Oversee the transition from prototype and derivative processes into high-volume manufacturing. Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and cycle time (CT) improvements during the critical ramp phase. • Yield & Debug Management: Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for customer returns, low yields, and process excursions. Design and manage experiments (DOE) to improve line stability and process margins. • Quality & Change Management: Own quality metrics, oversee Process Change Notifications (PCN), and ensure compliance with fab standards and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with foundry quality assurance and participate in fab audits. • Process Integration: Evaluate process parameters, monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC), and develop Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new or custom sites and processes. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering. Minimum 5+ years direct experience in wafer fabrication (preferably 300mm/12-inch), fab process engineering, yield analysis, or semiconductor foundry operations. Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics, process integration, cleanroom operations, and process modules (Etch, Lithography, CVD, PVD). Silicon Photonics experience preferred. Exceptional cross-functional leadership, critical decision-making, and vendor management skills required.
