The Data Science & Analytics team is composed of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who drive insights across product, growth, tech, and operations. You'll join this 14-person team as a Staff Data Scientist, embedded within one of Jerry's core business units: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
You will own the analytical function end-to-end for your assigned business unit. This includes defining the right problems before analysis begins, building metrics and reports, running experiments, and surfacing insights that move key metrics. You'll work hands-on—not in a pure strategy capacity—bringing recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations leaders, then driving outcomes through execution.
The role demands first-principles thinking: breaking ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before touching data. You'll be analytically strong (SQL or Python), but your instinct is to ask "what are we solving?" before "what should I build?" You communicate clearly and persuasively, influencing decisions at the leadership level. You act like an owner—if something is broken, you feel responsible for fixing it, even outside your swim lane.

You'll use SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub. This is a full-time salaried position requiring 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company, with a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
