The Data team is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to join their Geneva office. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making across SonarSource's product organization. You will work with a talented group of motivated professionals committed to making SonarSource's products the world-leading code remediation solution.
As a Staff Data Engineer, you will own company-wide data infrastructure and analytics initiatives, working across product, engineering, and business teams to establish data pipelines, warehousing solutions, and analytics frameworks that support strategic decision-making. Your technical scope will span the entire organization's data needs, from real-time product analytics to business intelligence and reporting. You will mentor junior data engineers, establish best practices for data quality and governance, and architect scalable solutions that grow with the company's ambitions in the AI code verification space.
